Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research the conditions of development an persistent diarrhea, witch appears after acute intestinal infections, at the children of first half-year life and possibilities of correcting this condition with use of lactose-free and low lactose mixtures, probiotics. In the dissertation for the first time was proved that frequency of transformation an acute diarrhea in persistent, at the children of first half-year life forms 11,65%. The main cause of the development of persistent diarrhea was secondary lactose intolerance. The most efficient method of treatment a children first six month of life with persistent secretory diarrhea is revealed lactose-free mixture, that leads to quick cease diarrhea. Considering lactose-free mixture cost, shown that alternative in Ukraine can be using low-lactose yogurts.
