Khvasenko A. Legal provision of development of the private fan-ners' enterprises.

The dissertation is research of the legal provision of development of the private fanners' enterprises under reformation of the economy's agri-cultural sector. The author forms and states the concept of the private farmers' enterprise, defines it's peculiarities, legal status and types. The author analyses social-economic functions of the private farmers' enterprise under transition to market economy, factors that influence the citizens' activity in their work there, legal status of the property and land, which are given to the citizens for work in private enterprise. The pro-posals as to improvement of the existing legislation of Ukraine in the field of legal regulation of the citizens' work at private enterprises are given.
