Essay

Neurosolike distresses for ill with by chronic kidney insufficiency located on treatment by a haemodialysis are investigated and described from the position of systemic interdisciplinary approach. The factors of unfavorable course of this disorders are studied. Personality's peculiarities were described of this patients and the quality of their life's were investigated. An effective system of psychotherapeutic correction of neurosolike disorders of patients CKI, on treated by HD, was developed. The necessity of a psychotherapeuter's inclusion to the staff of HD department were grounded.
