The dissertation is devoted to studying of a pathogenetic role of tachykinins in infringement of function of an external respiration at infiltrative and a disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis. For the decision of the specified problem radioimmunological research of tachykinins in the expirate and a blood plasma has been carried out, changes of respiratory failure and means of their correction are investigated by vitamin-mineral complexes. It is proved, that at able-bodied persons the contents the vasoactive intestinal peptide, at patients with a tuberculosis with restrictive type of respiratory failure- substance P, obstructive - the bombesin and the vasoactive intestinal peptide, mixed - substance P dominates. An efficient method of correction of respiratory failure was use of vitamin-mineral complexes in therapy of an investigated pathology.
