b-Alkoxyvinyl polyfluoroalkyl ketones. Investigation of their halogenation and the development of convenient methods to the preparation of a-halogen-b-alkoxyvinyl polyfluoroalkyl ketones. Chemical synthesis, IR- and NMR-spectroscopy, chromatography. The chemical properties of obtained a-haloenones were investigated and unknown before enaminones, fluorinated derivatives of dihydropyrane, іmidazo[1,2-а]pyridine, іmidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine, іmidazo[2,1-b]thiazole, іmidazo[1,2-а]tetrahydroazepine were synthesized. All above-mentioned heterocyclic compounds contain biologically important groups and, from this point of view, are perspective for searching of bioregulators with diverse activities.
