3. Object: the factors of the labor resources structure formation and their efficient utilization in rural areas. Aim: formation of theoretical and methodological theses of the rural labor resources development management during social and economic reforms. Methods: statistical, constructive, monographic, dialectic, graphical, econometric modeling. Results: developed recommendations improve the utilization of labor resources in rural areas. Newness: the regional factor analysis of the labor resources development in agriculture has been done; the rural employment regulation mechanism at the regional level has been improved; the directions of the rural labor resources development at the regional level have been determined; the methodical recommendations concerning the motivational mechanism formation and the rural labor productivity increase have been given; the rural social development model has been suggested.
