Essay

Object - xerogels the PAS with mono- and a bifunctionalitiezed surface layers; the purpose - studying the influence of conditions sol-gel synthesis on structure characteristics and adsorptivity PAS and development of methods of synthesis new PAS with mono- and a bifunctionalitiezed surface layers with the high contents of functional groups and the advanced porous structure on this basis; methods - a quality monitoring of the module of mechanical shift, the DTA, electronic microscopy, IR-, EPR-, solid-state NMR-spectroscopy on nucleus 13C and 29Si, ESDR, a weighting method of adsorption determination; novelty - for the first time are received with use of the developed technique of synthesis PAS-xerogels with mono- and bifunctionalitiezed surface layer, having the high contents of amino groups on a surface (up to 3,5 mmol/g) in a combination to the advanced specific surface (up to 280-315 m2/g) and dependence between conditions of synthesis and structure characteristics and adsorptivity of PAS are established; results - the synthesized PAS-xerogels may be used as a matrix for fastening on their surface of ions of copper (ІІ) which have antimicrobic activity to cultures of bacteria Ps.aeruginosa 27853 and H.pylori 1; branch - chemistry and physics of a surface.
