The dissertation is devoted to the researches of connection of sudden coal-and-gas outbursts in the coal-mines of the Donbas with global factors :solar activity,gravity,angular speed of rotation the Earth, movement of the Earts pole.On the basis of the received results of the estimation of impor-tance of the above-mentioned factors on the frequency of sudden coal-and-gas outburts,the methods of forecasting of time intervals with "unfourable" changes of solar activity and gravity.
