Komarnyts'kyj V. .The legal regime exceeding ecological situation's zones in Ukraine.

Thesis is denoted to the research on theoretical and practical questions of warning and liquidations of consequences of exceeding ecological situations. The notions "exceeding ecological situation", "area in the excess of ecological situations" were analysed and the relations between closer to them notions "exceeding situation", "area of the excess of situations" were considered. Analysis shows, that Ukraine is a participant of a quite number of agreements on questions of warning and liquidation of exceeding ecological situations. System was considered by the body of regulation and management in the field of warning and liquidation of exceeding ecological situations and were argued offers on perfecting the legislation, which determine the authorities of certain organs.
