. As investigation object are first-calving of cows of Ukrainian Black-Spotted Dairy Breed, their productive sings, type of body structure, interior; investigation aim - to study the dairy productivity of first-calving cows of Ukrainian Black-Spotted Dairy Breed of different genotypes depending on the method for preparation to the lactation; the investigation methods and apparatus - experimental, zootechnical, centrifuge, apparatus for separate milking from udder guarters (ДАЧ - 1), pneumomassager (АПМФ - 1), refractometer RL 3, Goryaev - chamber, microscope, FEK, electrophoretic eguipment; theoretical and practical results - exterior-constitution and interior peculiarities have been studied, comparative valuation of dairy productivity, morphofunctional udder gualities has been given, the character of lactation curves has been stated, the comparative valuation of forming morphofunctional udder gualities of firs-calving covs of different fenotypes has been carried out under the influence of previous usage of pneumomassage of milk glands in heifers as wellthe economic effectiveness from usasge of cows of Ukrainian Black - Potted Dairy Breed of different types has been determined; novelty - for the first time the complex investigation of milk productivity mutual relations with preparation to the lactation of first-calving cows of different genotypes of Ukrainian Black - Potted Dairy Breed of western introbreed type by means of usage of udder pneumomassage in heifers; the introduction level - the results of investigation have been introduced in the Zorya - agrofirm in Rivne - district of Rivne - region; the usage field - breeding and selection of cattle.
