Paskevych G. The immunogenetic characteristic of egg chicken crosses of home and foreign selection

As investigation subject are egg chicken of home and foreign crosses, immunogenetic( blood groups, polymorphic locuses of white proleins) and productive sighs; the aim of investigation is to make the comparative immunogenetic characteristic of egg chicken crosses of home and foreign selection; the methods of investigation and equipment are immunogenetic, zootechnical in general use, electrophoretic,centrifuge, desiccator, flask, electrophoretic apparatus, syringe, immunologic plater; theoretical and practical resultsimmunogenetic structure of home and foreign egg chicken crosses have been investigated, the recommendations for poultry forms about the usage at production of feed eggs of the most per spective chicken crosses. The possibility of selection of the most perspective crosses, lines and populations of chicken by immunogenetic characteristic was motivated without making their control tests that leads to saving the costs annually. The expediency of immunogenetic investigation of chicken crosses was shown. It is necessary to determine what chicken crosses are to import in order to breed at the poultry farms of Ukraine and in order to eliminate the possibity of purchasing poultry being in genetic aspect of low value. The methods for determinig polymorphism of the egg white and blood groups can be including into the study process during the trainig of specialists in breeding and selection of poultry;novelty- for the first time the immunogenetic characteristic of three home and two foreign chicken crosses with the usage of two classes of genetic markers was made. For the first time the essential genetic similarity between the chicken crosses of German (Lomann brown) and Czech selection (Dominant brown D-102) was discovered. For the first time it was determined that the erythrocytic antigens A12, X14 and X62 can be markers of chicken lines; the degree of introduction- the results of investigations have been introduced in the Birky- experimental farm of Zmiyiv-district in Charkiv-region; the usage branch-genetics and selection of poultry.
