Object of research: processes of the analysis, planning, management in industrial - financial activity of the enterprises. The purpose of research: completion of elements of the constructive theory and the problem-oriented toolkit of modelling of industrial and financial streams at the enterprise for stages strategic and operational planning with the purpose of optimization. Methods of indistinct sets, theories of optimum control, the theory of formalization, production functions, PC are used. Development of the theoretical bases, new models, information technologies for planning and managements in industrial - financial activity of the enterprises is carried out. The developed means allow to solve the broad audience of problems of a computerization of industrial and financial streams at the enterprise for stages strategic and operational planning. Packages of applied programs, elements of subsystems, scientific recommendations at the decision of tasks of planning and management of industrial - financial activity of the enterprises. Results of researches are recommended for use at the industrial enterprises.
