Tkalenko S. International investment activity of commercial banks

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical aspects of the international investment activity of commercial banks and practical bases of use of world experience in bank activity for working out of ways of development Ukrainian bank system, as the countries with transitive economy. On the basis of the carried out analysis of dynamics and tendencies of development of the international investment activity of commercial banks their factors of becoming, the form and a direction of their investment activity, and also the basic sources of attraction of the investment capital on the global financial markets are determined. In the dissertation is investigated the development of the international investment activity of commercial banks in conditions of financial globalization, scales of the international activity in the world financial markets. In the dissertation are analysed opportunities and prospects of the international investment activity of commercial banks in the transitive countries, including in Ukraine,as to the country which gradually to aspire to be integrated in a global market economy and where the bank sphere should develop together with world bank community
