Object of research: clinical and microbial peculiarities of salmonella infection associated with conditionally pathogenic enterobacteriae, which were determining on ground of intestinal microbiocenosis state in dynamics of disease and pathogenic properties of prevail enterobacteriae strains. The purpose: optimization of treatment and diagnostic methods on the base of researching of clinical and microbiological course peculiarities of salmonella infection associated with conditionally pathogenic enterobacteriae. Methods of research: general clinical tests; proctoscopy; bacteriological tests of feces (method of serial dilution) and analysis of colon microflora state; serological investigation (agglutination with autostrains); research of antibioticresistance, adhesive and antilylyzacimic activity of prevailed enterobacteriae strains. Prescription of probiotics in acute period of gastrointestinal form of salmonellosis and associated infection was pathogenically grounded. Therapy method of salmonellosis and associated infection with the using of yeasts probiotic "Enterol 250" (S. boulardii) was worked out. Clinical effect of S. boulardii casing by correction of intestinal microbiocenosis was determined. The abilities of S. boulardii to oppress conditionally pathogenic enterobacteriae were proved by research in vitro. Results of research were inculcated in public health service field.
