Object - non-uniplanar compressed reinforced elements with various eccentricities. The aim of research is offered the method of the determination of reinforced concrete elements under axial compressing force and bending in two planes. Methods - theoretical and experimental tests of experimental patterns. Theoretical results are geometrical characteristics of high levels, main system for intense-deformed condition description for reinforced concrete elements. Practical results are recommendation for engineer calculation method of normal section of compressed elements. Proved that square polynomial function may be used for determination of stress condition in stress concrete. Result of the thesis has been used in design of pre-cast reinforced concrete structures in Rivne. Sphere of use - building industry.
