Object of research: the world market of oil and interaction on a nem of national economies. The purpose: mining of measures on development oil of a complex of Nigeria, strengthening of its positions in the world market of oil. Methods of testings: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of the analysis and synthesis; methods of the comparative analysis and data integratings, methods statistical and structure analysis. The theoretical outcomes consist in recess of theoretical rules and scientific - practical estimation of the factors of interaction of national economies in the world markets and in mining measures on strengthening of positions of Nigeria in the world market of oil. Practical outcomes: are, that the designed guidelines on development oil of a complex of Nigeria and strengthening of a position of country in the world market of oil can be utilised and in other countries - members of Guardianships, countries, which one develop also which one are in searches of paths of strengthening of positions in the world markets, including by derivation of a new integration grouping. Scientific novelty: is proved, that the specialization of the markets of resources renders assistance as further recess of an international specialization, and, at the same time, integration of economicses of separate countries in unions, units and coalitions of the states; the authoring definition of the world market is adduced; is justified, that the balance of branch and regional priorities of engaging and usage of the foreign investments in a context of structural modification of national economy of Nigeria should be provided; the model of an estimation of risk is offered at decision marking about investment of investigation activities in a petroleum industry; the guidelines on perfecting the agreements about distribution of production are developed, in which one the character of attitudes between the National oil company of Nigeria and foreign oil companies is determined.
