Chernoivanova E. “Peculiarities of technopark's and technopolicy function and development in the world economy”

Object of research: activity of foreign and Ukrainian special technological zones, organization and administrative experience and function - structural aspects of becoming, formation and further development of technological parks in Ukraine. The purpose: mining of theoretical and methodological rules concerning efficiency of special technological zones in modern world economy and practical guidelines, which one concern refinement of development of technological parks in Ukraine. Methods of testings: methods of the statistical, function - structural and comparative analysis, method of a complex estimation. Theoretical outcomes: in activity the world experience of operation of miscellaneous technological zones is generalized and the scientific - fundamental theory of the gears of creation, development and refinement of the Ukrainian technological parks are developed. Practical outcomes: the findings of investigation has received a positive estimation and have found the application in educational processof Donetsk national university. The technique of an estimation of an overall performance of technological parks and simulations of innovation activity utilised in activity of Advice Special Economic Zone of Donetsk area both Special Economic Zone of "Donetsk" and territory of priority development of Donetsk locale and can be utilised by management technological park: "Institute of electric welding after the name of E.O. Paton", "Institute of single crystals ", "Uglemash" and other. Scientific novelty: are developed and the methodical approaches concerning operation miscellaneous of the innovation forms of technological zones are detailed; the definition of concept " a special technological zone " is updated, the concepts " a technological park " and "technological zone" are offered, is supplemented and the classification of technological zones is detailed; the tendencies of development are uncovered and the stages of formation and becoming of technological parks and technological zone, their state of the art,feature of operation in world economy are determined; the proposals concerning refinement of systems of monitoring technological park are prepared; the availability of conditions for of innovation development and improvement of competitiveness of economics of Ukraine in the international market is detected; the technique of an estimation of efficiency of the innovation projects with allowance for of risk factors is developed; The strategy and tactics of development technological zone in Ukraine is determined and the guidelines concerning creation in industrial locales of "apical points" of a technological direction are given.
