The object is the patients with primary mitral valve prolapse (MVP) and patients with rheumatic mitral regurgitation. The aims is to determine clinical variants of current primary MVP and treatment of this patiens. The metods are echocardiography, electrocardiography, Holter ECG monitoring, heart rate variability, QT-dispersion, veloergometry. The clinical variants of current primary mitral valve prolapse are discharged. The criteria for differential diagnostic of primary mitral valve prolapse and rheumatic mitral regurgitation are determined. The risk factors of occurrence of ventrycular arhythmias are etablished.
