Gejderikh O. Pyocianin as antibacterial and immunogenic substance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa

The dissertation is devoted to study antibacterial and immunogenic properties of рyocyanin, development immunogenic preparation for a specific prophylaxis and immunotherapy of pyocyanic infection. It was established, that pyocyanin has universal conformity to any other business sero- and biovar of Pseudomonas aeruginosa by antigenic properties. At investigation of antigenic activity of native pyocyanin is revealed limited immunological potential, which is shown by production antipyocianin antibodies which have diagnostic, instead of treatment-and-prophylactic activity. The way of reception of the immunogenic form pyocyanin as sodic salt sulfooxyphenazini is developed which unites immunogenic and antibiotical property. It is proved, that hyperimmune antisulfooxyphenazini serum expresses treatment-and-prophylactic properties at generalized pyocyanic infection of white mice.
