Essay

Thesis is dedicated the questions of thermomechanical units design on the base of rotating thermosyphons (RTS), method of their calculation and optimization. The need of thermomechanical units with RTS using for treatment of food non-Newton liquids (NNL) is motivated. The high efficiency of application of units with RTS is being proved at heat treatment of NNL. The original engineering technique of account for units with RTS is developed. The computer modeling of heat emission processes in units with RTS has been fulfilled. The group of food NNL for which using RTS most effectively is determined. The calculation and analysis of efficiency device using in lines of the apple marmalade production has been fulfilled.
