The dissertation is devoted to reseaching of air mechanics of rings husking machine to intensification of processing of grain. The need of eelimination of dust products from process zone by using of contained pneumatic separator. It is executed the theoretical reseaching and experimental test of cinematic, dinamic, energy dependences and main airdinamic parameters of pneumatic separation, aspiration and pneumatic transport of emering products from process zone. It is developed the engineer methodic of calculation, it is defined оf rational characteristics of processes of husking and aspiration, it is received the new construction of rings husking machine , it is developed an industry tests. The results obtained from research and development were implemented in industry at the Ovidiopol plant of food products.
