The thesis is dedicated to the actual problems of the criminal procedure definition of the proveing subject in the criminal cases of deviation from taxes payment, find out it's elements of structure. The juridical nature of the questions about essence, maintenance, structure and significance proveing subject for investigation criminal cases about deviation from taxes payment are investigated.
