The object is duodenal ulcer disease patients(DUD); the aim to perfect the efectivneces of DUD treatment, complicated with duodenogastric reflux; the methods are clinical traial, endoscopy, ultrasonography, pH-metry, histology, bacteriology,statistical methods; the new approach lies on a proved uneffectivness traditional DUD,complicated DGR treatment based on a using methids; the main include original antihelicobacter pilory treatment regime(omeprazole, bismofalk,ursodeoxicholic acide),proved necesserity of supported treatment with antisecretory and cizaprid or simeticone combination,or sucrolfat monoteraphy; all this thesis has been developed by; the field is medicine.
