Essay

Technological process dusting air in a cabin of the agricultural machine, rotational dustseparator and modes of its work. The purpose of research: improvement of quality and reduction of power consumption of process dusting air. Methods of researches: differentially-integrated calculations, electrodynamic analogy. Results of researches: analytical dependences for definition of efficiency of sedimentation of dust particles on blades a rotor and its optimum parameters are received. Two-console dustseparator allows to increase twice productivity on cleared air at the maintenance in a cabin of a dust within the limits of norm - up to 4 mg /m3. Reliability of work is confirmed experimentally. Results of researches are introduced on experimental samples of combines.
