Kikot' P. Ministries in the system of Executive bodies of Ukraine.

This thesis is devoted to detailed investigation of the legal basis of the activity of Ministries in the System of Executive Bodies. The concepts and elements of the system of ministries, structure and legal status of ministries were cjnsidered. The author examines the theoretical and practical problems related to the provision of optimal structure and effective functioning of the ministriesas well as the main organizational-legal aspects of interaction between Ministries and the states body. The conceptual approaches were formulated and the suggestions for improving of normative-legal acts which determine the administrative and legal status of ministries in the system of Executive bodies of Ukraine were grounded in this thesis.
