The thesis is devoted to the study of the chemical composition of carotene vitaton and vitadeps biotechnological preparations made on the basis of the fungus Blakeslea trispora biomass and the influence on the growth, development, preservation and some metabolic indices in hen's organism. High lipid content and small protein quantity as well as significant methionine aminoacid concentration in the overall protein of the preparations were established. The presence and concentration of nonprotein nitrogen various forms, carotenoids, carotene, xantophylls, vitamin C, macroelements (Nа, К, Са, Мg), microelements (Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, Pb, Cd) were determined. Quantitative differences chemical composition in were defined too. High carotene availability from the preparations for organism was detected. The preparations were found to have positive influence on the growth, development, some indices of protein exchange, carotene, vitamin A, immune status, providing with vitamin C and pullet preservation. The obtainedresults can be used in developing the recommendations on vitaton and vitadeps taking. They may be also useful in substantiation of the directions of improvement in the existing technologies and development new ones for biotechnological preparation production on the basis of the fungus Blakeslea trispora biomass.
