Essay

Thesis for the devoted to the problem of the improvement of life quality of patients who need tracheostoma for a long time by means of working out new methods of the formation of functionally stable tracheostoma and determination of the medical tactics, indication and contreindications to operations. The peculiaruty of the working-out method of stable tracheostoma is the formation of the lateral walls of the tracheostomic canal with skin flaps of aspecial triangular form. The result of the observation and complex examination of 96% patients who had different kinds of tracheostomy have been put on vasis of the clinical part of the work.
