The manuscript is dedicated to the questions of treatment effectiveness of recruits suffering from ulcerative disease of duodenal localization by means of differentiated administration of different therapeutic complexes taking into accounted peculiarities of clinical course and individual sensitivity of isolated Hp strains to antimicrobial preparations. Bacteriologic method in Helicobacter pylori infection diagnosis has been proved to be valuable. Conducted complex assessment of ulcerative duodenal disease, endoscopie characteristic of gastric and duodenal mucosa, lipidic piroxide oxidation values, antioxidant system condition, apoptosis indices have allowed assessing the effectiveness of used therapeutic complexes.
