Thesis is devoted to the analysis of organizational and legal problems of personnel management in joint-stock companies. Joint-stock companies and their personnel as an object of management are characterized in this work, the contest and social nature of personnel management work in these joint-stock companies are defined. A great attention is paid to the analysis of joint-stock companies' managing personnel formation and training problems, restoration of their personnel, foreign experience in the work with corporations' managing personnel and its meaning for the improvement of personnel work in home joint-stock companies. A number of conclusions, propositions and recommendations directed on organizational and legal principles improvement of personnel management in joint-stock companies are formulated.
