Korchevniy G. Administrative Responsibility for the Violation of the Author's and Adjoining Copyrights.

The subject under discussion is the problem of administrative responsibility for violation of copyrights in accordance with the existing paragraphs of the Code of Ukraine about the administrative responsibility for violation of any rights of intellectual property. The thesis focuses on the defects and gaps in this sphere. The main outcome of the necessity to protect the author's and adjoining copyrights not only with the help of the civil legally approach but also with the help of administrative compulsion, i.e. administrative responsibility. The essence of the thesis is in revealing the peculiarities and specific features of the composition of the offences, which violate the author's and adjoining copyrights. The author suggests the ways to overcome the existing problems and to improve the legislation in the sphere of intellectual property copyright defence.
