Essay

The object of investigation is a process of creating marketing strategy of metallurgical enterprises in fuzziness of environment. The aim is developing of model of strategic planning of metallurgical enterprises marketing activity accounting varies types of fuzziness. Methods of investigation are papers of famous specialists in system analysis, fuzzy logic, theory of taking decisions, economic and mathematical modeling. During the investigation it was attained following new scientific results. It had continued the using system analysis for marketing strategies creating of metallurgical enterprises. It was created the formalization apparatus of marketing aims using linguistic variables and fuzzy sets. It was Обоснованы adequate methods for different types of fuzziness valuation of marketing systems. It was formulated the criterion of optimal algorithm and its parameters choosing in marketing system. It was formalized the process of market segmentation and it was developed the model of AND/OR-hierarchy for showing market segments. It was make the prototype of marketing knowledge base as a complex of marketing strategy elements and rules of their choosing for different aim segments of ferroalloy market. The developed model of taking decisions in fuzzy environment has both theoretical and practical values because it can assist to improve the quality of taking decisions. Besides the theoretical results of the work was improved to different methods and suggestion for organizing strategic planning on ferroalloy plant. And complex of computer software which can help in creating that propositions is created. The results of dissertation were introduced on JSC "Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant", JSC "Markohim", SPF "Tehnosplavy". The aria of application is marketing management of industrial enterprise.
