The thesis is devoted to the problem of legal status of "officials" bodies and institutions, enterprises of the state. In the dissertation the author investigates of the basic stage development of the native legislation on about "official". The work presents the analysis of the basic scientific conception and normative-legal acts the definition "official" of the administrative law. The author motivation position about of collision in different branches of law via providing the single definition of "official" and "service person" in Ukrainian legislation. The dissertation is devoted to the problem of administrative legal status of official: to explain administrative law subjects, limitations legal and guarantees on that service activity official, service responsibility official. It also is substantiated the model of the integrity public service. The scientific conclusions and suggestions are formulated, directed to improve of administrative legal status of official and public service by adopting of newacts about public service in Ukraine and Code profession moral official.
