Vlasenko O. Complex radionuclideous diagnostics transgressions of renal hemodynamics and functional conditions of kidneys with different clinical forms of glomerulonephritis in children.

The thesis is devoted to the question of using a complex radionuclideous evaluation of renal hemodynamics and function of kidneys applying indirect renangiography, dynamic and staticscintigraphy by radiopharmmedicines 99mTc-DTPA and 99mTc-pyrophosphate. The evaluations of radionuclideous indicators of chronic and progressing pathologic processes were done. The evaluations of radionuclideous indicators of chronic and progressing pathologic processes were done. The indicators are slowing down the secretory, excretory and filtrating abilities of kidneys on the levels Тmaxі7min; Е20Ј35% and SGFЈ45 ml/min. Based on the investigations, which were done, there was created the algorithm of the complex radionuclideous diagnostics of different forms of glomerulonephritis in children,which defines the order for the use of methods of complex investigations and allows making objective evaluation of effectiveness of treatment and termination of a disease.
