The thesis is dedicated to the issues of establishment, and realisation of the administrative responsibility of servicemen. The material and procedure aspects of the administrative responsibility of the servicemen are clarified. Тhe classification of administrative offences of servicemen is made, the circle of administrative offences, for committing which servicemen must bear the responsibility on a universal basis is revealed. The issue of preventing administrative delicts, among servicemen the meaning of measures of administrative responsibility for preventing them are cleared up.
