Object - payments between home and foreign economic entities operating export and import transactions; objective - substantiation of theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations as to the organizations of payments on export and import transactions between economic entities and modeling of the quantitative dimension level of their financial stability with due regard for internal factors influence; methods - methods of analysis and synthesis, logical generalization, statistic analysis, comparison, imitation modeling; novelty - a new authors method of approach to the definitions such as "means of payment", "method of payment", "form of payment", the classification of their types is improved; the methodical approach to the risk minimization when executing export and import transaction is grounded; the definition " technological map of efficiency estimation when choosing the methods of payment and forms of payment on export and import transactions" is introduced for the science use and its development is represented; the method of determination of optimal staff for a financial subdivision is suggested; the results are accepted to peel them into practice of business enterprises and are being used in the educational process; sphere - foreign economic activity.
