Zoya V. The Peculiarities of Forming Mentalities and Religious Structures in Judaism (Ukrainian Context).

This thesis is a first ever attempt, in contemporary Ukrainian religious science, to write a complex philosophical and religious science analysis of the contents and peculiarities of religious and mental structures in Judaism, in the Ukrainian context. Orienting itself on the works of esteemed Ukrainian philosophers of the past and present, the thesis develops a system for understanding the ethno-religious phenomenon and its relationship to the socio-historical and cultural scene. The realization of national unity is one of the important aspects of the mental peculiarity of the Jews. The self determination of the cultural uniqueness of Jews comes about through the incorporation of religious ideas which become particular and original symbols of a national society.
