Rogovskii I. The increasing of durability of the case cast iron detailses of beetharvesting machines by surfacing with split electrode

The dissertation is devoted to problem solving of increasing durability and effective restoration of case cast iron details of beetharvesting machines in modern conditions of an agrarian complex of Ukraine with use of the new engineering decision - technique of a surfacing by split electrode. In operation the indexes of longevity of machines and reliability of their case details are investigated, the analysis of design-engineering features of case details and beetharvesting machines, as subject of repair is made. Are defined by an analytical and experimental way of the equation of regressions of influence of the basic parameters of a condition of surfacing split electrode on hardness, forming surfaced surfaces and productivity of process of surfacing. Is optimized parameters of conditions of technological operations of a surfacing and machining job of technique of restoration. The technical and economic indexes from introduction of development are defined. Key words: reliability, repair, machine, restoration, detail, surfacing.
