Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a relevant problem of immunology - studying the phenotypic and cytokine lymphocyte's characteristics in patients with brain gliomas in accordanse to the degree of tumor anaplasy. It was determined, that different - supressive, stimulative and proapoptic changes were observed in glioma patient's immune cells.The supressive changes includes the lower level of activated lymphocites and diminished cytokine production.
