Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the historical development of Ukrainian musical culture of Peremyshl in the XX cetury. General tendencies and specificity of this process are defined taking into account social-political circumstances. It is proved low important are uptodate achievements in this sphere and their importance for the further development of the native musical culture, as well as musical activity on Ukrainian social processes. The analysis of the facts and processes of the development of Ukrainian musical culture in the XIX century and at the beginning of the XX century is presented in the thesis, which revealed their close connection with the political situation of Peremyshl.
