Essay

The thesis deals with the problems of prosthetics by adhesive dental bridges. The toxicity of chemical and light-hardening fixing materials was studied. Experiments for a loss of the light flow power depending on the design and adhesive denture material were made. By calculating the necessary area of the fixing elements of adhesive dental bridges for various composite materials was established and a possibility of their application for fixation on the tooth hard tissues was substantiated. Clinical assessment of the efficacy of employment of the developed adhesive dental bridge in case of replacement of limited defects of dentition. The experimental and clinical studies demonstrated advantages of making prosthetic appliances by adhesive dental bridges fixed on a light-hardening composite material.
