SРАSSKAYA A. Changes of the heart ventricles morphofunctional state in patients with ischemic heart desease and the initial degree of heart failure and possibilities of their medicinal correction.

The dissertation is dedicated to studying of changes of the heart ventricles morphofunctional state in patients with ischemic heart disease and the initial degree of heart failure of the I and II NYHA functional classes and possibilities of their medicinal correction. For the first time a complex evaluation of a systolic and diastolic function of both left and right heart ventricles has been made using data of dopplerechocardiographic examination in patients with the initial degree of coronalgenic origin heart failure (these patients have left ventrical ejection fraction more then 40%); correlation of heart ventricles functional states and their dependence on heart failure functional class have been evaluated; criteria of systolic disfunction early diagnostics both left and right heart ventricles in patients with the initial heart failure have been worked out using data of blood flow aortic and right ventricle outflow tract characteristics; influence of these patients' treatment using beta-blocers, ACE-inhibitors, diuretics and the same therapeutics including cardioprotector action drug mildronat on clinical sings of heart failure and heart ventricles functional state has been evaluated.
