The dissertation contains the evidences of the role of endotheliocyties in an origin and morphogenesis of cardiac myxomas. 278 cardiac myxomas were studied with help of traditional morphological methods. Immunohistochemical investigation of 30 cases was realized (CD31, CD34). At the first time CD143 (antiACE) were used. The concept of cardiac myxomas morfogenesis was elaborated. In according with it this tumor arise as a result of tumor transformation of changed arterial endotheliocyties of coronary tree.
