Essay

In a thesis are realised development of methods, mathematical models, algorithms and program modules intended for an estimate of a operation level major power system in conditions of exterior unfavourable perturbations, mirroring ability last to swallow exterior unfavourable perturbations. The common mathematical model of power system was designed. The kernel is the basic structural part of this model, which functional integrity defines normal operation of power system. The mathematical models, algorithm of the analysis of structural connectivity of power system designed a method, on the basis of a mathematical means of q-analysis. The common structure and mathematical models of blocks of a responsivities matrix, which mirroring a cross-coupling of regime parameters of power systems plants and intended for a realisation on its basis of the analysis to structural connectivity designed. The new model base of the consulting system EXSYLEN +, intended for a realisation of the analysis of a level of power system operation from a point of view of ability last designed to swallow exterior unfavourable perturbations. The unit of an estimate of regime power systems parameters, unit of collection, analysis and transfer on the upper hierarchical level of power system control of data on a flowing state and regime parameters of plants inspected S +. The unit of a research of basic directions of propagation of exterior unfavourable perturbations and choice of possible control actions, directional on improvement of a level of operation of a system from a point of view of adaptability last to varying conditions of operation designed.
