Essay

It has been revealed that our rapid urease test in combination with original cytological investigation can be recommended as a method of the Helicobacter pylori diagnosis. It was determined higher antimicrobial activity of nitazole compare metronidazole towards Helicobacter pylori in vitro and high sensitivity of thees clinical strains to different antimicrobials of the ftorchinolons group and rifampicin. The higher eradication efficacy (83,8%) of the triple therapy (nitazole, оmeprazole and amoxycillin) compare with metronidazole-based prototype - scheme (53,1%), for treatment of the patients with Helicobacter pylori - assosiated duodenal ulcers and chronic gastritis was estimated.
