Lebid V. Legal Status of Personal Peasant Holdings in Ukraine.

The research deals with topical issues of the legal status of personal peasant holdings in Ukraine. The notion of a personal peasant holding as a legal category is defined, the subject and object of the right to manage a personal peasant holding are distinguished as well as legal grounds for the emergence and termination of personal peasant holdings management, legal principles of using land plots for managing personal peasant holdings are analysed as well as peculiarities of the legal regime of property for personal peasant holdings management, legal provision of economic and other activity of citizens in managing personal peasant holdings, legal issues of protecting citizens' employment in personal peasant holdings. It is proposed to enact a comprehensive normative legal act - the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Peasant Holdings", the need for amending a number of normative legal acts is substantiated.
