It was investigated the structure of aortic wall and vasa vasorum with uncomplicated atherosclerosis, atherosclerosis in combination with abdomsnal aortic aneurysm and atherosclerosis combinated with Leriche's syndrome on histological, histochemical and morphometric methods.The spessialities of morphogenesis of abdominal aortic aneurysm and Leriche's syndrome were established in compare with uncomplscated atherosclerosis and the connection between changes of vasa vasorum and development of the degeneration process in aortic wall.
