Components interaction in the {Ce,Yb}-{Co,Pd}-P аnd Yb-Ni-P systems have been studied in present work. Isothermal sections of the phase diagrams have been constructed at 870 K. Information about phase equilibria in the Ce-Ni-P system has been supplemented. Crystal structure of 46 phosphides, 6 of which are new types structure Ce2Ni36P15 (SG Pbam, a=1.23129(1) nm, b=1.52083(2) nm, c=0.669136(7) nm, R= 0.0412), Eu3Pd22P3 (SG Imm2, a=0.8887(1) nm, b=1.8295(3) nm, c=0.6469(1) nm, R=0.0401), CePd4P2 (SG Pnma, a=0.732722(7) nm, b=0.420768(4) nm, c=1.51261(2) nm, R=0.0283), La7Pd17P12 (SG C2/m, a=2.4519(1) nm, b=0.40859(4) nm, с=0.66932(2) nm, beta=112.129(3) deg, R= 0.0370), Tm9Pd17P12 (SG Pnnm, a=1.1415(2) nm, b=2.7761(2) nm, с=0.3929 nm, R=0.0286), Yb5Pd9P7 (SG P , a=0.99898(7) nm, с=0.39545 nm, R=0.0399), have been studied using X-Ray single crystal and powder methods. Comparative analysis of the phase equilibria and crystal structure of compounds in the {Ce,Yb}-{Co,Ni,Pd}-P with investigated Ln-{Co,Ni}-Psystems have been made. Magnetic susceptibility, electric resistance and specific heat measurements have been performed for several compounds with Ce2Ni36P15-, CePd4P2- and Al3Co20B6-types structure.
