Essay

In work was studied practical importance of the offered methods of diagnostics aerodynamic characteristic of nasal valve and influence the repartition airstreams on current diseases of the nose and perirhinal sinuses. With the help of rhinopneumometry and method physico-mathematical modeling was studied topographical particularities construction the nasal valve. Was determined most typical forms of the nasal valve under different pathology of the nose and perirhinal sinuses. It was designed schemes videoimage-endoscopic surgical treatment, which comprise itself correction of inside structures of nose, or liquidation the centre of pathology in cavities of nose and perirhinal sinuses together with recovering the structure deformed nasal valve.
