The questions of methods for investigations the crimes linked with the violations of consumers' rights are examined here as well as the worked out criminalistics classifications and criminalistics description. The author proposes the certain way of detective's action according to the investigatory situations. The questions of primary stage of definite crime category investigation are examined in the work as well asthe ways of their revelation. The recommendations on planning the clearing up such crimes, on organizing the investigation process and offering the versions are proposed in the research work.
