Об'єкт дослідження - idea of rule of law state. Мета роботи - substantiation of normative principles as legitimation of fair-law structure with limited government and civil control for protection of human rights and freedom. Методи дослідження та апаратура - problems-historical analysis of concepts and methodology critical philosophy of law, conceptual analysis of law and state foundations, scientific and philosophic-lawful methods. Наукова новизна - universal principles of rule of law state as fair-law structure are determinate; theses analyze is devoted to the evolution of idea of rule of law state to the universal concept in tolerant context of theoretical legitimating; a new vision of rule of law state's concept as synthesis of European philosophy of law theoretical essentions is reprezented; a multigraded disposition of theoretical legitimating of rule of law state is described. Практичні результати і новизна - elaboration of rule of law state's concept, elaboration of civil society's concept;the main idea of investigation is a possibility for theoretical analysis of rule of law state's institutions and humanitarian examination of social-political, state-legal processes.
